What belongs with Roblox or the game team
Account recovery, purchases, moderation appeals, bans, exploit reports, and live server failures must go through Roblox Support or creator-owned channels. Gakuran Intel is an independent guide and cannot access accounts, transactions, moderation records, or private server data.
Safety when contacting communities
Never include a password, session cookie, authentication code, payment details, private identity documents, or another player’s personal information. Verify Discord, Trello, and community destinations through the Official Links guide before sending anything.
